A crow crow

- Plumage: Distinct bicoloured plumage: ash-grey mantle, back, belly, and flanks contrasting sharply with solid black head, throat bib, wings, and tail. - Beak: Stout, heavy black bill with a gently curved culmen and forward-pointing bristles. - Body build: Medium-sized robust corvid (length 48–52 cm) with strong legs and broad wings. - Distinctive details: Dark brown irises, square-ended black tail, sharp contrast line between black bib and grey chest.

This species is an important part of the ecosystems in Västerbotten.
